Roster & Roles

Every clan has a roster of members, each with a role. There are three roles: Leader, Officer, and Member.

Member

The default role. Members can take part in everything the clan does together — donate to the shared goal and send wheat to clanmates within the limits.

Officer

Officers are trusted helpers. On top of everything a member can do, an officer can remove (kick) regular members from the clan. Officers cannot kick other officers or the leader, and they cannot change anyone's role.

Leader

There is exactly one leader per clan — the founder, or whoever inherits the role. The leader can do everything an officer can, plus:

Promote a member to officer, or demote an officer back to member.
Kick anyone below them, including officers.
Disband the clan entirely, which permanently removes it for every member.

The leader cannot demote themselves through the role menu. To step down, leave the clan — leadership then passes to the longest-standing remaining member.

Disbanding is final and affects the whole team. The game will ask you to confirm before it goes through.

Online status

The roster also shows who is currently active, so you can see which clanmates are around right now to coordinate with.
