$BREAD: In-Game vs On-Chain
Two kinds of $BREAD
There are two different things both called "$BREAD," and keeping them straight matters.
- In-game $BREAD is the soft currency you spend inside the game. You earn it by selling bread, completing missions, opening the Daily Crate, and trading. You use it to build, upgrade, buy cosmetics, and bid in the Marketplace. It is yours to spend in the game, but it is not real money and cannot be cashed out on its own.
- On-chain $BREAD is the real token that lives in your wallet on the blockchain. It exists outside the game.
Playing is free
Entry is free. You do not need to buy or deposit anything to start a bakery and compete.
Topping up (optional)
If you want a faster start, you can deposit on-chain $BREAD tokens into your in-game balance. Open the Buy $BREAD panel to see your personal game wallet address, then send tokens to it.
- The conversion shown in the deposit panel is 200 tokens = 1 in-game $BREAD.
- Deposits credit automatically within seconds. You can tap Check Balance to confirm.
- Always send tokens only to the game wallet address shown in the panel. Never send to the token contract address, or the funds are lost.

Topping up buys in-game spending power for a faster expansion. It does not buy you a payout, and it is never required to win.
