No Friendly Fire
If you're in a clan, you can never attack a fellow clan member. The game blocks raids and sabotage between clanmates on every attack path - there's no menu trick, targeting shortcut, or "revenge" button that gets around it.
When you try to raid or sabotage someone, the game checks whether the two of you share a clan. If you do, the attack is refused before it ever launches.
What this means for clans
- Joining a clan turns every member into a safe neighbor. You can build close together without worrying about each other.
- Instead of fighting each other, clanmates can reinforce one another's bakeries - sending troops to bolster a teammate's defense against outside attackers.
- This makes clans a genuine alliance: shared safety from inside, combined strength against everyone outside.

The protection is tied to clan membership. If someone leaves your clan (or you leave theirs), they become a valid target again. Think before you break up a clan during a season.
