Is Bread Tycoon free?

Yes. Entry is free. You get a starter bakery, some starting $BREAD, and some Wheat the moment you join a season, and you can play and compete without ever spending a cent.

Is it pay-to-win?

No. You can optionally buy extra in-game $BREAD to expand faster, but it is not required to compete. Season standings are based on the total revenue your bakeries earn over the season, which comes down to how well you run, defend, and grow your business. Money can speed up your start, but it cannot buy your way to the top of the leaderboard.

How do I get more $BREAD in-game?

Open the Buy $BREAD screen and send $BREAD tokens to your game wallet (your wallet address is shown there, with a copy button). Tokens convert into in-game $BREAD at the rate shown in that screen (currently 200 tokens for 1 in-game $BREAD). Deposits credit automatically, usually within seconds.

Why didn't my deposit show up? Or why did a tiny deposit credit nothing?

Deposits credit automatically once the transaction settles on-chain, but settlement can take a moment. If you don't see it yet, tap Check Balance to force a fresh look, then wait a few seconds.

Crediting also rounds down to whole in-game $BREAD. If you send fewer tokens than the conversion rate (less than 200 tokens), it rounds down to 0 and nothing is credited. Send at least enough to cross the rate.

Always send the real $BREAD token to your game wallet. Other tokens are not detected and will not credit.

What resets each season, and what do I keep?

Each new season is a fresh start. Your bakeries, troops, Wheat, and in-game $BREAD balance all reset to a clean starting state.

Things tied to your account carry over between seasons: your clan membership, your career progression and rank, any cosmetics and collectibles you own, and any Golden Bread you've banked for cash-out.

Can my clanmates raid me?

No. There is No Friendly Fire — players in the same clan cannot raid or sabotage each other. You can only attack outsiders and NPC bakeries.

How do I switch clans?

Leave your current clan, wait out a short cooldown, then join (or found) a new one. The wait is intentional and applies to both joining and creating, so you can't rapidly hop between clans.

How do prizes and cash-out work?

Top performers each season earn rewards. Cash rewards take the form of Golden Bread, which you redeem for real $BREAD on the Cash Out screen. See the Cash Out section of this guide for the full walkthrough.

Cash prizes and cash-out unlock at token launch. Until then, seasons crown a champion for status, and any Golden Bread you earn is saved for when cash-out goes live.
